PAMEDHITA: Journal of Indigenous Educational Leadership is a scientific publication published by the Tanmiyatul Afkar Research and Publishing Institute, E-ISSN: XXXX-XXXX. This journal is published three times a year (January, May, and September). The focus and scope of PAMEDHITA: Journal of Indigenous Educational Leadership is a leading journal concerning educational leadership as informed by Indigenous knowledge systems and local wisdom. The journal promotes research and scholarly discussion of progressive and transformative approaches to the decolonization of educational administration and community-driven leadership models, with a focus on advancing scholarship in both formal and non-formal education. Topics might include Indigenous philosophies of leadership, culturally responsive pedagogy, and the revitalization of language and community-based governance in education. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license. This licensing framework grants users the freedom to: Share—copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format; and Adapt—remix, transform, and build upon the material—for any purpose, including commercial purposes. These freedoms cannot be revoked as long as users comply with the license terms.
